1. How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the weight and destination of the order. When you have items in your cart you can calculate the shipping cost before submitting your order. If you have any concerns about the cost, feel free to contact us. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns as long as the following criteria are met:- Must contact us within 3 days of delivery with a return request- Items are shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery (Return request must be approved first) Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

4. What is your cancellation policy?Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we may have already shipped your order and you will have to process a return request. 

5. I need to make an adjustment to my order. What do I do?Adjustments can be requested within 24 hours. Just send us an email to: or click on the Contact Us link to let us know what changes you need to make. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the 24 hour limit. 

6. When can I expect to receive my order?Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard delivery varies from 2-5 business days. We will provide a tracking # once your order ships so you know exactly when it is expected to arrive.  

7. Do you have a "walk-in" store?We do not have a walk-in store. We are an online-only store. 

8. How can I obtain coupon codes?We will email you any current coupon codes whenever they are available.  

9. Can I use more than one coupon on an order?Usually, we only accept one coupon code per order. All rules and conditions for coupon codes will be included in the coupon email.
